Submitting a Support Request

Use the Submit a Request link at the top of the page. Select the support topic you need and fill in the required fields, add any relevant files (logs, traceroutes, etc.) and click "Submit".NOTE:

  • Submitting a High priority ticket that meets certain criteria (classroom event, multiple accounts affected) will generate a page to the On-Call support engineer 24 hours a day, so PLEASE only use the "High" priority when there is a wide scale outage or class stoppage.
  • Please only do so after all reasonable effort has been made by the Instructors and students to recover the environment on their own (including attempting reboots, power-cycles, password recovery, loading known-good configs, etc.). We have an article about that here.
  • "On Demand" and "Prep" events are NOT considered high priority so please do not submit a high priority ticket for any such event.
