Q: How do I create a Pearson VUE/Juniper account?

A: Go to the Pearson VUE Juniper Networks site and select ‘Create account’ from the right navigation menu.

Q: I already have a Pearson VUE account with another vendor, do I need to create another account for Juniper exams?

A: Yes. You will need to create your Pearson VUE Juniper Networks account before you can register for a Juniper Networks exam. Select ‘Create account’ from the right navigation bar on their website.

Q: Can I take my written exam remotely?

A: All our written exams can be taken remotely from your home or office via Pearson VUE’s OnVUE platform. To learn more about OnVUE and the system requirements, click here

Q: How can I view my exam score report?

A: Log in to your Pearson VUE Juniper Networks account.

  1. In the "My account" menu on the right-hand side, click on View Score Reports.
  2. Locate the exam
  3. Click the “View” button

Q: How do I reschedule or cancel my written exam?

A: You can reschedule or cancel your written exam through your Pearson VUE Juniper Networks account. Please note Juniper Networks ‘Cancelation Policy’ for written exams.

Q: How do I update my name in my Pearson VUE account?

A: You will need to contact Pearson VUE support to update your name in your Pearson VUE Juniper Networks account.

Q: Who should I contact if I had an issue while taking my written exam at Pearson VUE?

A: You will need to contact Pearson VUE support for any issues that you have prior to or during your written exam.

Q: My Pearson VUE account states ‘ID Pending’, can I still register for my exam?

A: Yes. You can register for your exam while your ID is pending. You will receive an email notification within a few of days with your CertMetrics ID.

Q: Where can I purchase a written certification exam voucher?

A: You can purchase written certification exam vouchers directly from Pearson VUE. Please note the voucher facts on their page before purchasing.
