A: Once you create a Pearson VUE Juniper Networks account and register for an exam, a CertMetrics account is created for you automatically. You will receive an email notification with instructions to log in to your CertMetrics account within a few days.

A: For candidates who have previously set a password, use the ‘Forgot Password or CertMetrics ID’ link on the CertMetrics login page to access your account.

A: Follow the below step to publish your credentials to anyone you wish.
- Log in to your CertMetrics account.
- Click on 'Publish Credentials' from the top navigation bar on the home page of your CertMetrics account.
- Select ‘Create a new transcript’.
- Enter an “Expires After’ date.
- Enter any comments in the ‘Remarks’ section
- Select ‘Update/Confirm’.
- Select sharing modality, such as e-mail, Facebook and so on, for the credential.
