A: Once you create a Pearson VUE Juniper Networks account and register for an exam, a CertManager account is created for you automatically. You will receive an email notification with instructions to log in to your CertManager account within a few days.

A: For candidates who have previously set a password, use the ‘Forgot Password or CertManager ID’ link on the CertManager login page to access your account.
For candidates who have never accessed CertManager, use the ‘Never logged in before?’ link on the CertManager login page to access your account and set your password. You will use the ‘By email address’ field during this process.

A: Your CertManager ID is located at the top of your CertManager account on the right side. Your CertManager ID starts with 'JPR'.

A: Follow the below step to publish your credentials to anyone you wish.
- Log in to your CertManager account.
- Click on 'Publish Credentials' from the top navigation bar on the home page of your CertManager account.
- Select ‘Create a new transcript’.
- Enter an “Expires After’ date.
- Enter any comments in the ‘Remarks’ section
- Select ‘Update/Confirm’.
- Select sharing modality, such as e-mail, Facebook and so on, for the credential.
