Q: How do I create a CertManager account?

A: Once you create a Pearson VUE Juniper Networks account and register for an exam, a CertManager account is created for you automatically. You will receive an email notification with instructions to log in to your CertManager account within a few days.

Q: How do I access my CertManager account?

A: For candidates who have previously set a password, use the ‘Forgot Password or CertManager ID’ link on the CertManager login page to access your account.

For candidates who have never accessed CertManager, use the ‘Never logged in before?’ link on the CertManager login page to access your account and set your password. You will use the ‘By email address’ field during this process.

Q: Where can I find my CertManager ID?

A: Your CertManager ID is located at the top of your CertManager account on the right side. Your CertManager ID starts with 'JPR'.

Q: How do I update my personal information in CertManager?

A: You can update all of your personal information, except your name, by logging in to your CertManager account. Go to the ‘Profile’ section of your account to update any of your personal information.  Select ‘Update/Confirm’ at the bottom of this page to save your changes.

To update your name in your CertManager account, please open a ticket with Juniper Networks Certification Program Support and attach a copy of your government-issued photo identification.

Q: Why are my recent exam results not visible in CertManager?

A: Most results are available in CertManager within one to two business days. Allow five business days from the date of your exam for your results to import. An email notification is sent to the email address registered to your CertManager account once new exam results have imported. Check for your recent exam results under the ‘Exams’ section of your CertManager account.

Q: When does my certification expire?

A: Please go to the ‘Certifications’ section of your CertManager account to view your certification expiration dates.

Q: How do I download my eCertificate?

A: You can download your eCertificates by logging into your CertManager account. Once you have logged in, go to the ‘Certifications’ page to download your eCertificates and logos for active certifications.

Q: How do I publish my certification credentials?

A: Follow the below step to publish your credentials to anyone you wish.

  1. Log in to your CertManager account.
  2. Click on 'Publish Credentials' from the top navigation bar on the home page of your CertManager account.
  3. Select ‘Create a new transcript’.
  4. Enter an “Expires After’ date.
  5. Enter any comments in the ‘Remarks’ section
  6. Select ‘Update/Confirm’.
  7. Select sharing modality, such as e-mail, Facebook and so on, for the credential.
