How to create a Juniper Learning Portal user account?

In order to access your Juniper Learning Portal account you must have a account (username and password). If you have an existing Learning Portal account from years past, then please be sure to use the same email address that is associated with your Juniper Learning Portal account when you create your user account. Check-out the SSO FAQs or this Knowledge Base Article on

  1. You can create your account from the menu at the top of the learning portal web page click Register.
  2. Enter your company email address and select your country. Please select "Guest User Access".
  3. Enter all of your information with accuracy including company name, phone number and company or mailing address. If any information is incorrect or incomplete your account will be denied.

Instructions will be sent to the email address you have provided it might take up to 24 hours. To finalize your registration and create a password for your account simply follow the instructions in the confirmation email.
