In order to access your Juniper Learning Portal account you must have a Juniper.net account (username and password). If you have an existing Learning Portal account from years past, then please be sure to use the same email address that is associated with your Juniper Learning Portal account when you create your Juniper.net user account. - Create your Juniper.net user account here https://userregistration.juniper.net
- Enter your company email address and click “Submit”.
- Check your email inbox and follow the instructions to activate your Juniper.net user account.
- Enter all user profile information correctly. Missing or invalid first/last name, company name, mailing address etc. may result in your account being locked due to US export compliance regulations.
- When prompted please select "Guest User Access".
- Afterwards you can log in to the Juniper Learning Portal with your email address and password.
If you need to change your password or reset your password visit this page https://userregistration.juniper.net/loginassistance
If your account shows as “Invalid” or “Locked” please contact customer care https://support.juniper.net/support/requesting-support/

- Standard turn-around time is within 24 hours from submission.
Kindly note that the user account approval process may take 24-48 hours to be approved. However, if our Compliance Screening Team will have to look into your account further it may take longer than that.
